学校发展的建议  

(一)加强教师队伍建设,培养拔尖教师

    一个学校中拔尖教师的数量也集中反映了该校教师队伍的实力和面貌层次。因此,我们必须培养一定数量拔尖的、专家型的教师来带动整个教师队伍。所以我们必须认真实施《教师专业化发展》战略,使我们的教师队伍建设走出一般或低迷。

(二)加强教研组、学科组建设,建设一流学科

    在高中教育如此火爆的今天,作为重点高中,我们也必须有自己的带头学科,加强学科教学研究。我们必须建设一批省级、市级的的学科,以此带动所有学科的建设。

(三)加强常规教学管理,切实提高课堂教学效率。

 课堂教学是学校教育的主渠道、主战场。常规教学管理是教学管理的基本任务。学校教学质量的整体稳定的提高,也主要靠常规的教学管理。首先我们要以课堂教学改革为突破口,从根本上保证课堂教学的质量。此外,要切实加大集体备课力度,采取有效措施保证集体备课的正常进行,集思广益,确定重点,攻克难点,设计教法,优化结构,使我们每一位老师的每一堂课都成为较高水平的课,真正做到堂堂有高潮,节节有绝招。

(四)加大教改力度,革新教学方法。

     首先,要加强在岗的理论学习和进修。学习什么,什么时候学习,如何反馈,都要定出适当的计划,做到人人都要学,个个有获。 

     其次,创造条件支持老师参加各种形式的培训和进修,进一步发扬请进来、走出去的办学风格,开阔教师眼界,活跃教师思维,提高教师素质。   

     第三,进行教学模式改革。为了推进教法改革,我们首先必须提出一些适合素质教育要求的、突出学生主体地位的、有较高效率的且又合理的基本教学模式。新授课、复习课、练习课、讲评课都要有一个基本的规范,这就是模式。有了模式,我们的公开课、优质课、一般课就有了统一的稳定的标准。你要写某课的教案,就要写出它是什么课型,用什么模式。

     第四,开展各学科有效性教学。课堂教学设计除强调有效性和创新性外还特别强调原创性,要求教师根据教材和学生实际设计独特的有个性的教学方案,使课堂教学常教常新。同时教学设计要求以教研组或备课组为单位参加,以推进教师间的相互协作。

     第五,开辟第二课堂,开设选修课和活动课,尊重学生个性,培养学习兴趣,发挥特长优势,进行能力“扶贫”,优生“优惠”,“差生”挖潜,尝试分层次教学,务必使每一个学生都得到发展,使学生的每一个方面都得到发展。在这方面,要下大决心和气力办出我们的特色,力争走在高中教育发展的前列!
